From YouTube Studio → Analytics. Filter to long-form only — select the “Videos” chip at the top, or Advanced Mode → Content type → Videos. Shorts sit in a separate feed and would skew things.

What to capture

1. Traffic sources — Content tab, last 365 days
2. Audience tab — geography, age & gender, returning viewers

Phone screenshots are fine. No need to crop. If a section says “not enough data,” that’s common on smaller channels and not a problem.
